Trivista I have the full Suite. However, any one can poke around the site and find the WebSite freebies. It's just A Smaller Image maker that's free.
I use this one for the Photo Strips, and making the smaller jpgs for buttons and such.

Angelfire.Lycos Easy cut&paste html codes, gifs, backgrounds, bulders. You can also get a free Angelfire page, and play around with their builders online. It's where I started.
