Did you see that? CSI:Miami non-sylum (for Allie) Possible Repost

A/N:This bunny started giggling the other night when I posted a RP to the list about demands Sylum members would make to the writers.

Horatio and Calleigh are standing on the shore waiting for Eric to come up from his dive when they a figure appear in the water, floating.

"Horatio." Calleigh yells, pulling off her shoes and rolling up her pants as she starts wading out where Eric is floating motionless. Horatio immediately heads for the hummer, putting out an officer down broadcast over the radio.

Calleigh stops dead in her tracks when she sees an alligator coming up to Eric's form. "Horatio?" she calls softly.

"I can't shoot the alligator without hitting Eric." he says from the shore. Calleigh stops and stares as she sees the gator bumping Eric's body, nudging him towards the shore. Calleigh stretches out one hand when Eric's body is close enough to touch, grabbing a strap on his wetsuit. Horatio has joined her in the water, lifting him out and carrying him to shore. He turns around and sees Calleigh hasn't moved.

"Calleigh, get out of the water now." he says softly when he sees Calleigh staring at the gator.

"Thank you." she says softly, looking at the gator. Slowly, she bends down and kisses the gator on the snout, walking backwards out of the water. She watches as the gator slowly slips back under the water, disappearing from view.
